SHIPPING POLICY AND SHIPPING-RELATED INFORMATION
Shipping methods and costs will vary based on your order’s content and destination. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed. SHIPPING COST:
- FREE SHIPPING for all US orders over $30
- Worldwide Shipping: $4.99
- Most orders will be automatically aggregated information and begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed or at a certain time of the day. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email with the order tracking link.
- Orders are shipped on BUSINESS DAYS only. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders are unable to be canceled or changed once they are in processing status.
- Note: Sometimes there will be confusion about shipping information, you can change that by emailing us. We only accept adjustments within 6 hours from the time you place an order & complete payment on the website.
- Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment.
- Processing time for an order usually takes 1 – 4 business days. But in some SPECIAL CASES (special item, special size or order changed information), we will need more time to handle and pack the order before the carrier picks it up and send the tracking code to the customer.
- For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, after order verification and credit approval, your order should be shipped within 12-20 business days for FREE SHIPPING.
- After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.
- Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. On holidays estimates it will take longer. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method.
- Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
- If there are any changes or problems during delivery, please actively contact the carrier to resolve and receive orders. We can not solve or responsible for the delivery process – related issues (shipment on hold, the customer is not at home, the carriage cannot contact with the customer, etc). We always update the shipping status of your order via email. Please check your email regularly.
- Some items sold by Wipicab.com require special handling as required by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. Pakdstore.com follows all regulatory requirements; therefore the shipment of certain items and/or products to some locations may be delayed or not be possible.
- In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if you are unable to provide clearance for the order; in this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons. This may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
- Our third-party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances, your shipment will be returned to our mail center and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you.
